4A Loan Services is an affiliate company of CU Station™ , a groundbreaking AI platform designed to match and pre-qualify consumers with credit unions. Before CU Station™, potential members of a credit union could not easily determine eligibility. CU Station™ was designed to educate consumers about the better rates and products offered by credit unions and to link them directly to their eligible institutions. No other platform has the analytics to automatically pre-screen and link the consumer only to those credit unions to which they qualify for membership, and also rate the membership options for the consumer. What is the role of 4A Loan Services, LLC? Our company was founded by mortgage professionals with over 50 years of combined experience. We have learned how hard it is for the average American to qualify for better rates and services in the lending market. As one of the initial ambassadors and partners of CU Station™, it is our mission to educate Credit Unions and realtors about the benefits of the CU Station™ platform and help Borrowers join and navigate the process. As participation increases, the analytics continue to improve making the platform better for both consumers and credit unions.

Why does a credit union want to be an affiliate member of CU Station™? This platform was built using an AI analytics data program developed over the last 40 years by the founder of CU Station™ . All credit unions for which a consumer meets the eligibility criteria will populate in a consumer’s search. However, affiliate members of CU Station™ gain the following additional benefits based upon the program selected: • Master Data Management • Public Data Analytics • Community Connect • Advanced Analytics • Member Referrals CU Station™ values transparency and wants to ensure that your credit union is accurately represented. Be a part of the Early Adopter Program [Note: be able to click on the words and go directly to CU Station website Early Adopter Program website page] providing 90 days of all membership benefits at no cost. Our Company also has loan assistance providers ready to assist your credit union should the need arise due to increase in members and use of your products. At the end of the Early Adopter Program, the Service Fee for CU Station™ FIM Portal is based on the selected Package and Customer’s Asset Size. Each package includes a base set of named users, with additional users charged $500 per month per user.
